Live text translation is free for every event, in every room, up to 100 sessions a year. The Engage event pass is $299; Pro is $249 per session of up to 2 hours, or $199, $149 and $99 a session in packs of 20, 50 and 100; voice translation is $10 per language per session. Programmes of more than 100 sessions a year price below $99 as Enterprise, and all prices are in USD before tax.
Live transcription and text translation in every room at once, with up to 10 active text languages from the full supported catalogue and 100 sessions a year. Free includes live viewing with Snapsight branding, basic Q&A and manual polls, and the session count is always in view. Voice translation, transcript downloads and Pro insights are paid.
A session is up to 2 hours, and a longer session counts as two: it uses two Pro sessions from a pack, costs $20 per voice language, and takes two of the free 100. An Engage event covers every room and session of that event, with all presenters. There is no per-attendee fee.
The next session needs an Engage pass for its event, at $299, or a Pro pack. Sessions in an Engage or Pro event never count towards the 100, a session that is already live is never stopped, and the count resets each year.
A Pro pack includes Engage for every event it is used at, so your branding, sponsor logos, Speaker Remix and Q&A moderation run in every room of those events. A single Pro session covers that session only. Choose Engage on its own when you want the event experience without takeaways, transcripts or Remix.
Voice translation is an optional $10 per language per session on every plan, including Free, and each paid voice language includes its text captions. Three languages across five sessions of up to 2 hours cost $150. Voice does not unlock Pro transcript downloads or insights.
No. Transcript and subtitle downloads are included only for purchased Pro sessions, including Pro sessions in Enterprise. Engage adds Speaker Remix cards, engagement analytics and exports of questions and poll results, not the full spoken transcript.
No. Attendees join by link or QR code without buying a plan to view what you have enabled. Speakers get their Speaker Remix cards on Engage and Pro events without a subscription of their own.
Yes. Snapsight offers special pricing for nonprofits, associations, education and larger events, and Enterprise includes volume rates and wholesale options for AV and production partners. The public prices are the most you’ll pay, in USD before tax.
