After a 15-minute test at home, one volunteer ran Snapsight for 170 industry leaders.
The story
The challenge
Content capture relied on delegates’ own notes, and BEIA had no business case for recording every session. The AV team was wary of learning a new system in a short time.
What they ran
Snapsight, run by a single volunteer, with QR codes on the screens at the venue entrances and during breaks, information sheets on the tables and links in the conference app.
What happened
Delegates stayed present instead of taking notes, and BEIA kept the content to show what people missed and to promote future years.
